This case study describes the public-facing project and the design/SEO principles visible in the finished work. It does not claim private traffic, revenue or ranking results that are not publicly verified.
Service-business challenge
Visitors to a therapist website often arrive with a specific concern but may not know the exact service name they need. The page structure therefore has to connect problems, services, location information and contact options in language that feels understandable rather than clinical or vague.
Information hierarchy and trust
Strong service websites make the primary promise and audience clear near the top, then support that promise with service details, practitioner information, testimonials or other trust signals, frequently asked questions and a clear consultation path. The visual system should support calm reading and predictable navigation rather than compete for attention.
Search intent and local visibility
For a location-based professional service, the website should give search engines and visitors consistent signals about the service type, geographic relevance and individual service pages. Each major service deserves a focused page when there is enough unique value to justify it, and internal links should connect broader service information to those detailed pages.
Conversion design
The conversion target is not an aggressive ecommerce checkout. It is usually a consultation, enquiry or booking step. That changes the UX: forms should be short, contact actions should remain visible, reassurance should appear before the ask, and page copy should reduce uncertainty about what happens next.
Reusable lesson
Professional-service SEO improves when brand trust, content structure and technical crawlability support the same user journey. The strongest pages are not built around keyword repetition; they are built around a clear question, a credible answer and an easy next action.
